Children’s Yoga

(Ages 2.9 – 17)

At Funny Farm Yoga, our children’s yoga classes are playful, engaging, and thoughtfully designed to meet the developmental needs of every age. Whether it’s hopping like frogs around the pond or stretching tall like trees during sun salutations, each class encourages imagination, movement, and mindfulness.

We blend:

  • Age-appropriate yoga poses

  • Mindfulness activities and short meditations

  • Breathwork and guided relaxation (savasana)

  • Sound elements like Tibetan bowls, rain sticks, and chimes

Classes are structured with short, focused activities to keep kids engaged, while gently introducing concepts like self-awareness, emotional regulation, and inner calm. Every child is encouraged to move at their own pace and express themselves in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Whether your child is new to yoga or already loves the mat, they’ll leave class feeling grounded, confident, and connected.

Tween & Teen Yoga

Private Classes Available

Our Teen & Tween Yoga classes are thoughtfully designed to bridge the gap between playful children’s yoga and more strength-focused adult practices. These sessions blend movement, mindfulness, and meditation to help young people navigate the unique challenges of adolescence with confidence and calm.

Perfect for ages roughly 9–17, these classes offer a supportive space to:

  • Build strength, balance, and flexibility

  • Develop tools for stress management and emotional regulation

  • Practice self-awareness and self-love

  • Foster friendships and a strong sense of community

  • Cultivate a consistent mindfulness and breathwork practice

Each class is both empowering and relaxing, giving tweens and teens a chance to move their bodies, center their minds, and feel supported—on and off the mat.

Currently offered as private sessions only.
Great for homeschool groups, friend pods, or 1:1 coaching.

Adult Yoga

at Marc of Healing

Our adult yoga classes are designed to support your journey toward a stronger body, calmer mind, and brighter spirit—regardless of your experience level. Whether you’re seeking movement, meditation, or both, you’ll find a welcoming space to grow in strength, flexibility, and inner peace.

Each class incorporates affirmations, mudras, sound healing, and intentional breathwork to help you leave the mat feeling confident, grounded, and full of light and love.

Private Adult Groups or classes available upon request.

Rest & Reset blends simple, intuitive movement with guided meditation, Reiki, sound healing, and gentle aromatherapy to support nervous system regulation and deep rest.

 

You’ll be invited to move, rest, and receive in ways that feel supportive — with no pressure to do or achieve anything.

Funny Farm Yoga brings mindful movement, breathwork, and fun directly into your school, preschool, homeschool group, or after-school program. With age-appropriate yoga and engaging activities, we help children build confidence, regulate emotions, and develop lifelong tools for well-being.

Preschool Yoga Program

For Toddlers & Ages 2.9+ | 30 Minutes per Classroom
Our preschool yoga classes are designed to introduce movement, mindfulness, and breathing through playful, developmentally appropriate activities. Each class blends yoga poses, music, and sensory play to create an uplifting, calming experience for little ones.

After-School Program: ReMarcable Kids Mindful Yoga

Grades K–5 | School-Based or at Marc of Healing
ReMarcable Kids is an after-school yoga and mindfulness program for school-aged children that blends movement, creativity, and self-expression.

These sessions help children transition from their school day to a calmer mindset, providing tools to build self-confidence, emotional regulation, and inner peace in a fun, supportive space.

  • $22 per child

  • $25 per adult

  • Sibling discounts available

  • Pricing aligns with regular group classes to keep sessions affordable and accessible
